Remarks:
1. The booth is RAW SPACE ONLY, without partition, carpet, or any display facility.
2. Booth facilities are available for rent from the official contractor. Order forms are enclosed in the Exhibition Manual that will be sent after space allocation.
3. Each booth will be provided with 110V/500W electricity free of charge. Additional power supply and drainage will be at exhibitor's expense.

8. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
1. After the drawing-for-booth allocation meeting, the organizer will notify exhibitors of their booth number(s), space location, and balance due.
2. The applicant may choose to make payment either by:

3. All extra banking handling charges, if any, are to be borne by applicant.
4. In case of cancellation, space rental already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

9. APPLICATION
1. Application dead line is November 7, 2007.
2. This on-line booth application is for overseas exhibitors only.
3. After having successfully registered online, the applicant will receive an auto e-mail response from TAITRA to confirm registration. Data can also be reviewed and changed on line.
4. The completed application form along with a copy of product catalogue (or product photos), company introduction, and government documented statements of registered capital, and certification of annual sales should reach the organizer before November 15, 2007. Please mail these items to:

5. A confirmation letter of booth availability will be sent after all documents are received and reviewed. The organizer will later notify applicant of the date of the drawing-for-booth allocation meeting.
6. Applicants must secure their participation by paying non-refundable deposit of
US$ 1,000 per booth before the drawing-for-booth allocation meeting. Otherwise the organizer, TAITRA, may reject your application.
7. The organizer is not in a position to sponsor exhibitors when they apply for entry visas.

10. BOOTH ALLOCATION
1. Space allocation priority is based on the following criteria determined by the number and location of booth(s):
(1) Number of booth(s)
(2) Previous attendance record
(3) Date of application
2. Booth allocation is decided by random drawing.
3. Drawings for location are in several categories with priority going to those with the largest number of booths, and next priority going to date application is received.
4. You can have your representative in Taiwan witness and otherwise assist you in drawing a booth number or the organizer will draw it on your behalf. If you are coming, it is required to confirm your attendance after the notification of drawings for location by the organizer.
5. The organizer is entitled to reject any applications (even applications submitted before the deadline) under circumstances as follows:
(1) Products being displayed are irrelevant or improper to the computer industry
(2) No space available
(3) Failure to confirm participation by paying non-refundable deposit of US$ 1,000 per booth before the drawing-for-booth allocation meeting.
6. The organizer is entitled to reduce the amount of booths requested if total booths requested are beyond total capacity.

11. BOOTH DECORATION & RELATED FEES
1. Each exhibitor will receive an exhibition manual after the space allocation meeting and should review the detailed information and procedures about fees for electricity, booth decoration, and display facilities.
2. According to fire-precaution regulations of the Nangang Exhibition Hall, both exhibition areas (the ground and the 4th floor《comprising a lower exhibition hall and upper exhibition hall》) are each divided into 8 areas and crossed by 6-meter wide aisles. Ordinances stipulate that no area can exceed 3,000 square meters, and that each standard booth (3m x 3m) along the edge of each area and the linear booths adjacent to the south and north walls must be made of and have decoration entirely composed of approved fire-resistant materials.
