Remarks:

(1)          The raw space booth is without partition, carpet, or any display facility.

(2)          Other booth facilities are available for rent from the official contractor. Order forms are enclosed in the Exhibitor's Manual that will be sent after space allocation.

(3)          Each booth, no matter raw space or shell scheme, will be provided with 110V/500W electricity free of charge. Additional power or water supply and drainage will be at exhibitor's expense.

8. Application

(1)          NEW for 2010 – IF online registration and deposit payment made by July 15, 2009:

  •  All overseas exhibitors may choose to exhibit in their product area and participate for random drawing at the allocation meeting.

  •  Those registering for 3 booths or more will be granted priority in selecting booth location in their respective product section. Priority will be determined based on the size of the booths and the date of the deposit payment.

  • Those registered for 8 booths or more will receive a special Early Bird US$100 discount off list price per booth and priority in selecting booth location in their respective product section.

  • Online registration received after July 15, 2009 may be placed on the waiting list with no guarantee of space in related product section.

(2)          This on-line booth application is for overseas exhibitors only.

(3)          After having successfully registered online, the applicant will receive an auto e-mail response from TAITRA to confirm registration. Please have the authorized person sign the application form and send it to TAITRA by e-mail or fax.

(4)          New exhibitors should send the completed application form along with a copy of product catalogue (or product photos), company introduction, and government-issued company certificate to the organizer before application deadline. Please send these documents by email to:

(5)          A confirmation letter of booth availability will be sent after the application form and all documents are received and reviewed. The organizer will later notify applicants of the date of the drawing-for-booth allocation meeting.

(6)          Applicants must secure their participation by paying a non-refundable deposit of US$ 1,000 per booth before the drawing-for-booth allocation meeting. Otherwise the organizer, TAITRA, may cancel your application.

(7)          The organizer is not in a position to sponsor exhibitors when they apply for entry visas and is not liable if applicants cannot obtain a visa.

9. Payment Schedule

(1)    Upon receiving the booth application, the organizer will notify the exhibitor of a payment of non-refundable deposit of US$ 1,000 per booth.

(2)    After the drawing-for-booth allocation meeting, the organizer will notify exhibitors of their balances due.

(3)    The applicant may choose to make payment either by:

(4)    All extra banking handling charges, if any, are to be borne by applicant.

(5)    In case of cancellation, space rental already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

10. Booth Allocation

(1)    Space allocation priority is based on the following criteria:

  1. Number of booth(s)

  2. Date of application

  3. Previous attendance record

(2)    If online registration and deposit payment are made by June 30, 2009, exhibitors with 3 booths or more will be granted priority in selecting booth location in respective product area. Priority will be determined based on the size of the booths and the date of the deposit payment. Booth location for exhibitors with 1 & 2 booths is determined through random drawing.

(3)    You can have your representative in Taiwan assist you in drawing a booth number otherwise the organizer will draw on your behalf. If you will attend, it is required to confirm your attendance with the organizer. Reply forms will be
e-mailed along with additional information and instructions on allocation meeting.

(4)    The organizer is entitled to reject any applications (even applications submitted before the deadline) under the following circumstances:

  1. Products being displayed are irrelevant or improper to the ICT industry.

  2. No space available.

  3. Failure to confirm participation by paying non-refundable deposit of US$ 1,000 per booth before the
    drawing-for-booth allocation meeting.

(5)    The organizer reserves the right to reduce the number of booths supplied if total booths requested are beyond total capacity.

11. Booth Decoration & Related Fees

(1)    Each exhibitor will receive an Exhibitor's Manual after the space allocation meeting and should review the detailed information and procedures about fees for electricity, booth decoration, and display facilities.

(2)    According to fire-precaution regulations of NANGANG Exhibition Hall, both exhibition areas located on the ground and the fourth floor (lower exhibition hall and upper exhibition hall) are divided by some 6-meter-wide walking aisles. To prevent fire, the decoration of all booths along the aisles must be made of entirely fireproof material.
